Fukang Overview

In the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain and breadth of land oasis, on the new north way of Silk Road ,whose mountain having assembled and the water being elegant and pretty, with filling the air in the western fragrant modernized ecological tourist city of rural area-Fukang is emerging rapidly. In A.D. 1776, Emperor Qianlong chose the purpose of "an abundance of material, the people's safety and health", who bestowed the name for building the county . In 1992, Fukang cancelled the county to establish the city.
